Sr. Project Manager

Due to our current growth and planned expansion, we are seeking motivated and energetic Project Manager

Responsibilities include:

• Manage the overall performance and delivery of cross-functional projects ranging from $50k up to $250K, including scope, schedule, risk, issues and budget
• Manage projects in Waterfall and Agile (nice to have) development environments within a matrixed IT organization
• Conduct scheduled and ad hoc project meetings with project team and document action items and decisions
• Assist in project resource requisitions and update resource plan
• Assist in project financial tracking and reporting activities
• Develop and maintain standard project documentation - project plans, agendas, action items lists, deliverables and ensure adherence to company Project Management Standards and Software Development Lifecycle best practices
• Ensure that issues and risks are identified, tracked, understood early and dealt with in a manner that mitigates surprises, risk to scope, cost, and schedule
• Provide clear and consistent communication of project status both internally within IT and with Business Stakeholders
• Use sound judgment in all project communication and ensure that key stakeholders are included
• Manage a high degree of change in a fast paced, complex and demanding environment
• Evaluate and escalate business unit and IT decisions to ensure they are in the best interest of customers and company goals
• Produce executive level presentations for project stakeholders
• Keep track of lessons learned and share those lessons with team members
• Establish and sustain strong on-going relationships with IT and business partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 2 years of progressively challenging project management experience within the Information Technology discipline required (application/development, multi-disciplinary Project Management); PMP Preferred
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, including ability to tailor communication to audience to achieve desired results and build consensus among stakeholders
