Sales & Marketing Manager (Fashion)

Mission:

• To increase sales and brand recognition for all our product lines.
• Grow revenue for all online sales and retail partners
• Create and execute media plan 
• Manage brand website, continued maintenance, keep website vibrant
• Manage the outsourced IT person
• Develop speaking opportunities
• Oversee Affiliate marketing
• Create a local presence
• Handle all paid advertising: PPC, Facebook ads, print ads
• Manage all Social Networking • Facebook • Twitter • Instragram • Pinterest • LinkedIn

Qualities needed:

• Passion, drive, sense of ownership – pride, a sense of responsibility/accountability
• Right hand person
• Strategic thinker
• Works well with other staff members

Skills:

• Understanding the capabilities of all media outlets
• Knowledge of social media
• Knowledge development 
• A good speaker
• Good phone skills
• Good at networking
• Organized with the ability to multitask

Measurement:

• Increase in online sales
• Increase in retail partner sales
• Increase in new customer base
• Retention of current customer base
