Recruiting Coordinator / Sourcer

Experienced Recruiting Coordinator / Sourcer needed to source candidates to create a steady flow of qualified candidates for our job openings. Individual must have at least 1-2 years of experience supporting a recruiting team (Sourcing, recruiting, applicant tracking etc).   Experience using a formal ATS platform similar to Taleo or Peoplesoft is a plus.  You will be utilizing a variety of technologies for data mining and sourcing new candidates, including Boolean searches on a variety of job boards, resume databases, as well as through social media. You will be analyzing resumes and online profiles to match qualified candidates to appropriate job openings, from there handing them off to our recruiters for interviewing.

Our Recruiting Coordinator / Sourcer's role is:

  • 75% Sourcing resumes/profiles and making initial contact with qualified prospect or interested candidates for our openings.
  • 15% Coordination: Contacting correct parties to schedule phone calls, video chats, onsite interviews, sending detailed confirmations and ensuring meetings are followed through completion.
  • 10% Administrative: Preparing resumes in presentation format to forward to clients, updating our internal database and documenting notes from interactions with candidates and other parties. Post openings in strategic locations to attract applicants and maintain job posts.

Qualifications:

  • Prefer a four year degree in HR or related area
  • Previous experience sourcing in the IT industry a plus
  • Understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong Boolean search knowledge and search string creation experience
  • Experience with and knowledge of Job-Board search including Monster, Dice and Indeed.
  • A proven ability to be flexible and adaptable in a continuously evolving environment
  • Is action oriented and responsive within a very fast paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
  • Must be creative in developing candidate sources.
