Project Manager

Project Managers are responsible for delivering capital projects on-time and on-budget while providing an “exceptional” client experience.   

Responsibilities

• Management of all project phases including due diligence, estimating, scheduling, design, development, construction and closeout.
• Coordination with client representatives, architects, engineers, construction managers and consultants to establish project requirements, budget, specifications and schedules.
• Utilize value engineer and sustainable design concepts to improve value and efficiency for our clients.
• Utilizing our systems and processes to track and communicate status of project budget, schedule and issues.

 

Requirements

1. A positive attitude and desire to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
2. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture or engineering,
3. Five years or more of direct project management experience in both “ground up” and “interior” construction. 
4. Demonstrated success at managing multiple projects ranging from $1 to $10 million of contract value.
5. Experienced at managing projects utilizing one of the following PM systems: Timberline Project Manager, Prolog, CMiC, PMweb, Procore.
6. Experienced at utilizing one of the following project scheduling systems: Microsoft Project, Primavera.
